Minimum age as on 31 March 2026.

Prospectus and Registration form are available at the school office or online. Registration fee is non-refundable. Written assessment for Class I onwards; informal parent-child interaction for pre-primary.

What to bring on admission day.

Transfer Certificates from outside Rajasthan must be counter-signed by the Inspector of Schools / relevant State Officer.

Note: No change in date of birth will be entertained once admission is completed.

  • 1Photocopy of the date-of-birth certificate issued by a competent authority (carry original for verification)
  • 2Aadhaar Card of the ward and parents
  • 3APAAR document of the ward and parents
  • 4Previous school's Transfer Certificate
  • 5Five passport-size photographs of the ward and parents
  • 6Immunisation chart of the student
Rules for Admission

Clear terms, transparent process.

  • The school reserves the right to evaluate the child in any or all subjects.
  • The school reserves the right to select or reject any application; the decision is final.
  • Parents must give at least one month's notice for withdrawal; one month's tuition fee is charged for the transfer certificate.
  • In case of discontinuance, dues are collected up to the month of discontinuance.
  • Transfer to any other Jaipuria School is a matter of preference and not guaranteed. Paid fees are non-transferable.
  • RTE Act 2009 seats are reserved in the Nursery section in compliance with State Government orders.
  • The school reserves the right to withdraw/cancel admission if supporting documents are inadequate.
Payment of Fee

Simple, flexible & digital.

  • Fee is paid in four equal quarterly installments.
  • Fee once paid is not refundable.
  • Payment by DD/Cheque/Card/UPI/NEFT/Net Banking accepted up to the 20th of each installment month.
  • Parents can pay through the Jaipurianow App.
  • DD/Cheque should be drawn in favour of 'Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Bhiwadi – REVENUE A/C', payable at Bhiwadi.
  • Two consecutive unpaid months may result in referral to local authorities.
  • 15 consecutive absent days without prior approval leads to name being struck off the rolls.
  • Re-admission is charged at the admission fee of that session, subject to Principal's approval.
Calendar: Annual examinations are held in March. Cumulative assessment across the year determines promotion. A student who fails twice in the same class will be withdrawn from the School.
